  Summary

  Every day after his second awakening, Shadow's been going through the same routine: eating breakfast with his team, working for GUN, successfully finishing the occasional mission, racing with Sonic, writing up his reports, and saying goodnight to Maria. A slight change might occur if Sonic decides on doing something more than just running; Shadow always looks forward to what the hero has in mind, though he wouldn't dare speak of it aloud. All in all, he has a good life, one that he is glad to have been given as a second chance.
