Summary
Quietly he asked, "Izuku are you injured? Do I need to get the first aid kit?"
Silently the boy shook his head and hunched in on himself further. He didn't see any wounds but that didn't mean they weren't there. It was too easy to hide injuries in this day and age. Somehow he didn't beleive that Izuku was hiding injuries. It was more like he was trying to protect whtever he held to his chest.
Then to his surprise the bundle moved and bright blue eyes looked up at him. It was then that he realized that the bundle was in fact a tiny kitten. It was mostly black in color with the bright blue eyes that he had noticed first. There was a light patch of gray across its chest.
Izuku took a step away from him finally looking up with wild fear filled eyes. For a moment he didn't understand why. Then it hit him the kid was afraid that not only would he hurt the kitten but Izuku too.
Naomasa bent so that he was at eye level with the boy as he asked, "Who do you have there?"

"Are you okay Izuku?"
Izuku signed knowing the man's quirk only worked on verbal answers, :I'm fine.:
Naomasa raised an eyebrow in disbelief. Even without his quirk, the detective could tell when he wasn't being truthful. Still, Izuku refused to tell him that he was injured. He didn't want to be any more of a burden than he already was.
:Stop worrying, I'm fine.: he tried again.
Even as he did sign this he swayed as if pushed by a breeze. His vision began to fade in and out. His breathing was becoming labored.
"I trust you and I want to believe you but you look like you will faint at the slightest breeze and I... Please. Is there something wrong?"
"Yeah... I'm... You may wanna catch me. Sorry," he croaked out as the world around him went black.

Naomasa said looking down as he couldn't look into the bright green eyes, "Izuku your social worker called after you went to school. She found you a permanent home."
Confusion was the first emotion to cross his face. It was swiftly followed by disbelief and fear. Finally settled on broken heartedness.
'You don't want me anymore?'

At the age of 7 Izuku Midoriya was thrown into the foster system after his mother was kiled by a drunk driver. He is sent from home to home before being forced into a Group Home. At 11 he accidentally stops a robber and becomes a Vigilante. After the seventh time, Izuku runsaway from his group foster home he is 13 and sent to Tsukauchi Naomasa. After six years in the foster system he has no trust in adults and is half feral. Tsukauichi is determined to help him. Will the detective be able to get past the walls the boy has built or will the teen run from him as well?

Izuku had been a vigilante for 7 years by now. It started as a way to keep him busy while he worked on Quirk Analysis during the day. It'd been a year since he took in a fellow vigilante because he was a kid and he deserved to not live on the streets. He didn't tell the kid that he was doing extra work as often as he could so that the kid could follow his dream to be a hero. During the nights he patrolled and occasionally annoyed his favorite detective and hero. It was a difficult life but he was content. Right up until a little girl with a quirk he couldn't help shatters the life he'd grown comfortable with.

Over the last several years there has been one thing that Naomass truly regretted. Letting his temporary foster go that night because not even a week later, Izuku disappeared. He never stopped looking for the boy with haunted green eyes.
Keigo was helping Nighteye in his surveillance of the Yakuza. One night he catches as three figures escape the compound. Two half-feral, highly trained teenagers, and one little girl. They fight tooth and nail to get away from him including taking a bite out of his arm.
Izuku and Shinsou escape Kai with Eri when the abuse starts with her. They'd taken all the beatings and training so that she could be left alone. They were his assassins. Then one night Izuku found Eri being experimented on and they run with her. He and Shinsou know that they have to tell someone but they are uncertain who to trust.
