Summary
A lack of financial support from his deadbeat dad lands Izuku and his mom in Keikou City. At the ripe age of 10, he attends Keikou Elementary and finds himself a member of a (cult-esque and vaguely fascist) group: Hikari Club. Everything was going fine (well as fine as it was for Izuku), till what was dubbed as 'The Keikou Middle School Killings' by the media happened, and Izuku finds himself back in Musutafu attending weekly therapy after witnessing the deaths of the Hikari Club's members.
That is, until he hears the voices of its deceased members in his head and given quirk-like powers.
