Summary
Chan and Minho work at Oddinary Magical Wildlife Reserve. There are lots of threats to the magical creatures under their care, all of which make Minho mad, which Chan finds delightful. But maybe there's a reason Minho is always so quick to fly off the handle. Something to do with the past he never talks about.
Entirely inspired by the MinChan 2kids room. Minho: So you have a thing for when people are angry? Chan: Yep.
Chan was intimately familiar with Minho’s rage, having made a study of it over their years together. An angry Minho might spit, turn red, punch something, and yell at deafening levels, but he never trembled.
Why was he trembling now?
The witch Han muttered an incantation, one of his round glasses lenses flashed, and then Han’s eyes were roving all over Minho.
“What did you do?” Chan asked cautiously. He didn’t want to be the spark in their tense tableau: Minho balanced on the balls of his feet, Han smooshed against the barrels, Chan hovering beside them with empty hands, swirling dust motes the only things in motion.
“I’m seeing truth right now,” Han said softly. He stood up slowly, meeting Minho’s furious gaze with something akin to pity. “How did this happen to you?”

Summary
They hadn’t spoken bluntly about the new direction of their relationship, this slow easing into something more than work partners. Of course they hadn’t: Minho was allergic to talking about his feelings, and Chan was allergic to making Minho uncomfortable.
(Chan was also addicted to making Minho irritated, but that was neither here nor there.)
So, Chan held his tongue and simply enjoyed every new thing Minho deigned to give him.

Minho’s next shout was loud enough to rattle the buds on trees. “Chan, don't you dare!”
But Chan couldn't spare a moment to heed Minho. Not when the average human had about 3 minutes of submersion before they started drowning. And with a kappa thrown into the mix, Chan mentally knocked that time in half.
He swam, arms burning and legs tight, took a deep breath and plunged beneath the murky brown water. His wide open eyes stung as he propelled himself down along the sloping lakebed.OR
Chan tries to rescue a tourist from a water demon. Minho has to rescue them both, and Minho learns the beautiful terror that is love.Series
