Summary
“A brooding half-orc at the Friendly Arm Inn mistook me for a servant. I had half a mind to tell him where to stick his jutting teeth but decided against it. He looks like the sort who'd be handy in a fight. Perhaps we'll meet again under more favorable circumstances.”
----
A story about a girl who falls for a murderous psychopath, nothing new lol. This slow burn romance follows the events of the Baldur's Gate 1 video game and fills in the gaps where flirting obviously should have been lmao. It definitely falls into the whole "grumpy one is soft for the sunshine one" trope, bc I'm a total sucker for it. It'll *eventually* get freaky so pls see tags for CWs.

Summary
"I cannot be caged. I cannot be controlled. Understand this as you die, ever pathetic ever fools."
----
A sequel to Trust in Strange Places, following the events of Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. Tisha finds herself captive to Jon Irenicus, and must not only escape, but hunt him down and kill him once and for all. She grapples with the intensifying dark urges of the Bhaalspawn essence in her blood, her burning desire for vengeance against all who oppose her, and an unexpected return of someone she never thought she'd see again.
There will be a lot more romance in this sequel than the first! Dorn will realize he has *gasp!* emotions, and he finally works up the courage to put his heart on the line. Probably not the smartest thing to do, considering the elf he's falling for is seemingly moving on with someone else, and slowly devolving into a rabid spawn of Bhaal. But he's never been the brightest bulb in the box.
