Danny and Frankie Brooks grew up in St. Louis Missouri with only four years separating them. At eighteen Danny disappeared, telling only Frankie that he was leaving. And why.

Twenty years later they are officially reunited in Pittsburgh a little less than a year after Neal Caffrey’s official death and Frank Langdon’s fall from grace.

 

This will be a series of interconnected shorts surrounding Neal Caffrey, Frank Langdon and their family and friends.

If you watched “The Pitt” or “White Collar” you should be good for the fics. But, at the end of the day, Frank Langdon is a drug addict and Neal Caffrey is a con-man. At the time of the fics (unless we go into flashbacks) they’re technically reformed - but that past is still there.

I've also adjusted the timeline to fit the two series being crossed.

In canon it's suggested that Neal was born in 1977 - I've just moved that up to 1989 to adjust for late-2024/early-2025 being the final WC season. The White Collar timeline is enough to give a genius a headache; so I sat down and worked out something that vaugely worked logistically and didn't require Neal to own a time machine.
As for The Pitt - that does take place in current timeline; and my personal headcanon puts Langdon a bit older then a typical 4th year resident. Therefore, in the fall of 2025 where we start our series he is 32 to Neal's 36.
