Summary

Kiritaka Nagare contemplated of what just happened: The bullies suddenly messaged him a deepfake porno of his beloved mother in the middle of the night, telling him to go to the observatory. Because he did not want them to ruin his mother’s reputation, as an act of “mercy,” Okaya told him to jump off the overlook without shoes, or the fake porno would be spreading around the internet. Remembering his mother’s smile he wanted to protect, Kiritaka ran and jumped. Even if he would have to live without his legs forever, at least he protected his mother... right? However, after falling upon the road, he heard his mother screaming. He tearfully looked at her and weakly called for her until he got run over by a truck, his entire body becoming gruesomely unrecognizable.
Kiritaka’s ghost thought of what he probably should have done. Maybe he should have told his parents about the bullies, especially his father. Maybe he should have shown the videos of the four bullies to the police and deal with Okaya later. Maybe he should have told the teachers. In the end, Kiritaka believed his death was not only because of his tormentors, it was also because of himself.

Aiko Kobayashi had always suffered mental problems that were inherited by her late father. That being intrusive thoughts of violence, which slowly lead to her acting on those thoughts.
Her mother, Mika, does her best to care for her despite Aiko’s violent thoughts and tendencies. Aiko’s violence eventually led to her befriending Okaya and his friends. However, during her bullying, something changed.
She saw him. Kiritaka Nagare. For some reason, she couldn’t help but fall for him secretly. Even seeing him bullied or stripped from his swim trunks gave her nothing but joy and arousal.
However, before she could admit this to him, Aiko saw the boy she sadistically admires die in front of her. This was new to her, as she’s never actually killed a person before. And for some reason, she couldn’t help but feel guilt.
I think she’s starting to see something. Something…not human.
