Summary
After fleeing his abusive husband with his young son in tow, Quackity arrives in the remote town of Snowchester with one goal: survive. He finds an unlikely safe harbor in Technoblade, the town's reclusive lumberjack, who values his solitude above all else.
A deal is struck: protection for a place to stay. It's supposed to be temporary. But as a harsh winter sets in and the shadows of the past creep closer, their arrangement of convenience starts to feel a lot less like a contract and a lot more like a family.

There were countless of TNT blocks scattered around the underground room. Quackity felt a sense of deja vu, when he sat on a carefully placed throne in the middle of it all and then he just stared. There was a button in front of him. So he reached out and before he could react— pain erupted from all around. Last thing Q thought, was how nice it would be to find a place where people would truly need him, before everything went silent.
