Always there when Wooyoung asks, even if it means going out clubbing when he’s far too tired to appreciate the strobe lights. He’s good at his job. Reliable, polite, the kind of colleague people trust.
Still, when he looks at Mingi’s face, when he studies the pale hollow at his throat as he writes, Yunho’s thoughts refuse the proper shape. They go somewhere darker. He thinks about pressing a fingertip there. He thinks about leaving a mark, a small bruise that would be private and visible only to them both. It’s obscene and intoxicating all at once.

Freshly showered and with a steaming hot cup of tea in his hand, Mingi sat down next to San on the couch in the living room. The big windows behind him let in some light of the city bustling underneath the apartment and the room itself was lovingly decorated with plants and cozy pillows. Seonghwa had dragged over one of those pillows to sit on, while Woo had found his place in the lounging chair. San had just recalled the happenings of the evening, telling his partners about the event, about Yeosang and about how they ended up in the garden shed – coming dangerously close to the only topic Mingi did not want to touch upon.
“… Just before we got done and went home something else happened though. And I wish that you’ll let me explain before saying anything.”
San’s voice reached Mingi’s ears the same moment he saw the other two people sitting up straighter – signalling that the older has their full attention. Mingi, in return, shrunk down into himself, trying to make himself as small as possible.
“When things came to an end, Mingi and I…,” San let out a deep breath, “We bonded with each other.”
