The thought of liking someone romantically always felt foreign to him.
Maybe it had something to do with the fact that he didn’t get enough attention at home. Or maybe it had to do with how he bottled up his emotions for so many years that he had begun to grow apathetic to his own emotions and the people around him. He wasn’t sure why he couldn’t understand the idea of liking someone, he just knew he couldn’t.
