Summary
Newt Scamander was walking in the middle of New York City, clutching in one hand his trusted case and in the other a small piece of paper with directions. The street was crowded, people were in a hurry, almost running to their destination. There was a firetruck with it’s bells ringing.
Newt had never seen buildings as tall as the ones in New York. He observed the foreign environment with a scientist's curiosity. He had always loved looking at people, especially the dance they did around each other called socialising.
Despite mastering the mimicry of many creatures’ social habits, he had never been able to fully articulate the social habits of his own species. He was able to manage it if push came to shove yet he didn’t feel confident in his abilities.

Premise: We write random crackfic drabbles/oneshots and then jarble them. This was done to try to cure writers block, so don't expect too much I guess? Six in a chapter, hopefully funny (At least, we think so!) I can give an excerpt for you, actually. Here:
“Ice cream,” Dobby breathed, and bit Graham-Cracker for the ice cream.
“YARRGHHHHHH!” Graham-Cracker screamed. “I thought Dobby was DEAD!”
“Dobby is dead,” Dobby said, kicking Graham-Cracker. “Dobby is very dead. Dobby is super dead. Dobby is not assaulting you for ice cream right now!”
“YES YOU ARE!” Graham-Cracker yelled.
“No, you’re hallucinating him,” Hugo interjected.
“BARTYYYYY!” Graham-Cracker called.- - - - -

Summary

Summary
Mary Lou Barebone is the operator of a failing ludus, her children Credence, Modesty, and Chastity suffering for their misfortune. They acquire Percival Graves, a man with nothing to his name but the skill of a sword and the will to live.
Mary Lou sets Credence to the task of inspiring Graves’ continued loyalty. At first Credence does so only out of duty to his family, but over time the line between duty and reality starts to blur even as things come to a head between the Romans and those they would keep as slaves.
