Summary
Finale to the Tainted Trilogy.
Now out of the sewers, Mario's team heads back to the hotel to gather as many fighters possible for another step in their investigation.
While some of the ones at the hotel stay behind to rebuild the stadium, Mario's now much bigger team prepare for their journey to the abandoned Hameln Facilities.
Just like the two previous times, they will find tapes and puzzles to solve, finally getting the answers to a lot of questions.
But what will happen when this part of their journey starts causing everyone on each side to struggle more?
And how will things go for Amanda and her team when Wooly and Timmy start causing more problems and acting differently?
What will Riley do now that they and Iggy are in new and more dangerous territory?
Will the Smash Brothers team be able to actually save Amanda and the others stuck in these tapes?
Will this truly be the end of everything they've gone through?

Amanda sat back up again. “On their name tags, I saw that blasted symbol. You know the one.”

After taking them in, they try their best to make sure they feel at home.

Through those cracks an individual falls, glitching out because his already dead status was suddenly turned to alive.
He falls into another universe that recently branched off its main path, as if fate wanted him to be caught by it. As he entered, his view became a sort of kaleidoscope of shapes and lights, feeling as his own form became malleable and his mind began unfolding, memories and thoughts blurring themselves with each other and becoming forgotten.Series

The Followers of the Apocalypse are interested in setting up outposts in new places to help more people. Dr Olympia is going up north to Oregon, or perhaps Washington. Just before being ready to head north with several other Followers and of course body guards, a person from Arroyo claims that he saw strange humanoids. Whatever she originally thought, preventing a disaster was not it.
This is a sequel to Mutantkinds new future. You can understand this fic perfectly fine without reading it, but i would recommend it anyway.
