Summary
Thrud grew older year by year with a hope of it getting better. The promises would work for a few days or months at the most, but they all fell apart at some point. Finally, one of her uncles pushed her past the limit, not knowing that her family would lose her forever.
Off on her own, Thrud does the unthinkable and finds a way into Midgard. The broken family she meets there gives her a second chance, a clean slate to try to be normal again.

Summary
Kratos feels a mysterious call to Egypt and, fearing for his son's safety, sets out in search of him. Upon arrival, he discovers that the land is engulfed in a war between the Medjai and the Sons of Seth. As a member of the Council of Realms, he cannot interfere directly, but he soon senses the hidden influence of a goddess in this conflict.
Meanwhile, Atreus meets a new and enigmatic friend, whose secrets seem as deep as Egypt's own mysteries. He decides to pause his search for the Giants to better understand what is happening—only to realize that forces far greater than he imagined are at play.
The inevitable reunion between father and son leads them to fight alongside the Medjai against the Sons of Seth. But when Kratos finally uncovers the truth, everything changes: his long-lost daughter has forged a new identity and become part of this war.
Now, Kratos is not only battling the war around him but also the one within. Can he still save her, or is it already too late?

My version of Kratos's life story, told with all the drama of a Greek tragedy.
Born to a family in disgrace, Kratos has no hope of ever joining the ranks of the elite Spartan army. Until, that is, Kratos catches the eye of one of the most powerful men in all of Sparta. Taken on as his pupil, Kratos is determined to prove his worth as a warrior. As he rises through the ranks and defeats foe after foe, it seems to all the world that this fearsome man with the red tattoo is unstoppable.
Only the ultimate sacrifice will satisfy the gods and grant Kratos the power he craves, and only after being given that power does he realize that he cannot possibly pay the price.

Summary
So, due to "God of War: Chains of the Heart" having a plot of the characters reacting to some of the events of Sora's story, with some knowledge beforehand... I decided, hey, why not chuck them in the deep-end!
So, the characters are watching Sora's memories, as he's just crashed into Valhalla. With no enemies to fight, and only memories to watch:
Will Atreus learn he actually had it a bit easier than Sora?
Will Freya stop trying to mother Sora and Namine?
Will Mimir get his answers?
Will Kratos keep his sanity from not being able to punch the problems away?

The snow falls lightly, coating everything with a soft layer of its white coating or adding small amounts to the large blanket that has covered Midgard.
Fimbulwinter has been difficult on everyone, and everything. Food is scarce, water is easier all things considered, but the cold has been unforgiving. Many times on these little expeditions has Atreus come across dead animals, either killed or simply starved to death. It’s a normal part of life, of nature, but he still feels sorry for the poor things.
