The year is 2277. Two centuries have passed since the nuclear exchange that ended the world. Many survivors retreated into underground Vaults, isolating themselves from a world not quite as dead as believed.
Four and a half months after being chased out of Vault 101, the underground survival shelter she spent most of her life in and into the Capital Wasteland that was Washington DC, and four months after being enslaved by Pitt Raiders, Allison Neeson returns to the Capital (after a pit stop being abducted by aliens) as the new President of Pittsburgh, determined to clean up DC. Just as her runaway father abandoned her to provide clean water for the Potomac, Allison is determined to clean the region of crime - and find James to demand the answers she's owed.
At the same time, Recon Major Sally Autumn of the US Marine Corps embarks on a mission to map out the Capital Wasteland in preparation for the return of the Federal Government to its rightful Capital. The threats are myriad: Raiders, slavers, and Super Mutants abound; but there is also the Lone Wanderer from Vault 101 to search out: a woman who might just be the answer to the Capital's woes, IF she can be convinced that the USA is the last, best hope for mankind.- Language:
