Summary
I was an idiot. I was a huge dumb imbecile who couldn’t add up simple facts. Of course, now that I realised it, it became so obvious. I was meeting Steve, the name itself should ring a bell but it didn’t, who knows why. Then I should have connected that I was meeting Steve on his birthday; I discovered the pattern way before that, I should’ve recognized it.
I should’ve known that I was given a chance again, after so many years. That I met my soulmate once again.
But… he had a… boyfriend?

Eddie is an old vampire, who, through the centuries, keeps meeting reincarnations of the same person. It’s his destiny that in every life Stevie is his only love. But right now Steve is with someone else and Eddie doesn’t know what to do.

All the chapter titles and the title are from Queen songs bc I liked the vibe. -

Summary
Like a magnet to iron, Steve's eyes are drawn to Eddie again, still slouched in the passenger seat, chewing on a strand of his ratty mullet. Eddie may be the realest person he's ever met. Everything about him reeks of verisimilitude, of a rawness that taunts Steve and the carefully constructed crown he's tried so hard to leave behind.
It isn't in his nature. Steve is made of brick and bone, a wall around everyone he's ever loved, and that's all that matters, in the end.-
Steve Harrington has never known love to go two ways. It's always him giving and everything else taking and taking and taking, and the Upside Down has taken more than anything.
It almost takes Chrissy Cunningham too, when Eddie Munson invites her to his trailer to buy drugs.
She lives.
Everything changes.
(Or, Steve and Eddie get the chance to fall in love before the world ends)

Summary
“Does your new special drink menu include an IV directly into my bloodstream by any chance?” Eddie asks as Steve turns the corner.
“If it did, we’d both be hooked up to drips by now,” Steve says, loading the coffee pot onto the warming stand and loading the small fridge beneath the counter with cartons of milk and cream. “I see you before I see the sun most days.”
“Is that a bad thing?” Eddie bends over the counter and Steve looks up, nearly colliding with Eddie’s chin.
Wild curls, warm eyes, toothy grin, minty toothpaste, woodsy cologne.
It’s enough to catch his breath, to weaken his knees, and he really can’t keep being stunned like this unless he plans on doing something very, very stupid.
Or, Steve's favorite customer at the coffee shop hosts a local early morning radio show. Between coffee and some of their favorite music, they might just fall in love.

Eddie is convinced Steve has cursed him.
There’s no other explanation for why he spends the entire night glued to the guy’s side, hanging onto every word, giggling like a schoolgirl at jokes that aren’t even jokes.

Summary
Steve Harrington represented everything Eddie hated about modern commercialized theatre. He seemed to be little more than a jock who was dragged into a school musical because they didn’t have enough boys, and stayed for the ego boost. His mere existence went against everything he found right in the world. It’s Eddie’s absolute nightmare when they are cast in a play where they are required to be a near perfect mirror image of each other.
Or
Eddie and Steve are cast in roles where they must be perfectly in sync. Chrissy just hopes to survive rehearsals.

Summary
The man in the woods didn’t inspire dread at first glance. He wandered as aimlessly as a week old lamb, lifting one hand to trail it through the sweeping branches of the willows on either side of him.
A strange man wanders near Forest Hills, straying near lingering danger. A callous prince controls the palace, holding Eddie’s fate in his capricious hands. They look the same, though they couldn’t be more different — two men in the same body in a way that shouldn’t be possible in the wake of magic being purged from the kingdom. It would be wiser to weather the consequences for thievery with his head down rather than involve himself in a mystery, but Eddie has never been known for his wisdom.

Summary
After a messy breakup with the Savannah Banana's first baseman, Eddie vows to never let his heart get broken again by another pretty boy in tight pants. Easy, right?
Enter new starting pitcher, Steve Harrington. Eddie wants to avoid him, but it's proving to be impossible. As the manager of the Banana's social media accounts, he has to help work the cameras and pour over countless hours of footage. Not only is Steve the literal center of attention standing at the mound every day, but everyone loves him. The fans, the team, the crew...they're all smitten. Eddie just has to keep himself guarded and not let the new guy worm his way in.
Easy...right?

Summary
Eddie crushed the barista's look, Steve decided. He was spotted in a black crewneck and matching jeans, the maroon apron with his name pin on it somehow accentuated his toned biceps and broad shoulders. He had big button eyes, Steve obsessively noted, they were dark brown like the coffee beans and brightened with recognition at the sight of him.
"Hey," Eddie said, plump lips curved up in a lazy smile. "Mind telling me your secret potion, pretty?"
Steve let out a squeak and felt his cheeks burn terribly.
Or 5 times Steve visited Hellfire, and 1 time he stayed.

Summary
Despite never meeting, a year ago on the same day, both Steve's and Eddie's lives completely changed for the worse.
Eddie lost his sister, Vickie, on the same day that he was arrested after a huge fight and sent to jail for six months and is now struggling to find a job.
Steve, once a brilliant badminton player and close to finishing studies to become a teacher, is now completely shut off from the world after an accident left him mostly blind. His main company are his mom, Catherine, who is busy working as a famous chef most of the time, and his cousin, Jonathan, and their relationship only sours over the years, especially after the accident.
After a series of chance encounters, Eddie ends up becoming Steve's new caretaker, and they are forced to begin to navigate their situations together and slowly learn how to start to live again after so long just surviving (as well as fall deeply in love with each other)
Heavily Inspired by one of my favorite thai shows, Last Twilight (the title comes from the ost for the show called Better Days)

Summary
Steve laughs again as he takes another drag of smoke, golden brown Omegan eyes watching him keenly, glinting with amusement, before he blows the cloud of smoke off to the side.
Eddie somehow feels like he's still out of the loop.
“That's… Eddie, that's really sweet of you, and I really appreciate the sentiment.” He turns to Eddie fully, cigarette between his fingers, resting against his lips that are still curved in an amused smile. “I kinda feel like I need to correct something though…” He leans in a little bit, speaking softer. “I don't scare Alphas away because I'm a dude.”
For some reason, Steve's tone of voice makes Eddie's skin prickle up in goose bumps.
It's the oh no sensation all over again. Like he's in way over his head and only realized it just now.
“O-Oh?” he prompts weakly.
Steve snorts, and he glances up at Eddie from underneath his eyelashes. Which is impressive, given they're the same height.
“They get scared off when they realize I'm not interested in letting them take charge. That's why.”
-
It all starts when Steve accidentally sends Eddie an explicit picture. Eddie does what any red blooded Alpha would do.

Summary
“Alright, fine. I had a meeting today, with some members of the nobility. They say they're worried about the line of succession.”
Eddie’s brow furrows. His wings quiver.
“And how is that our problem? What exactly do they want you to do about that?”
Steve thinks he's playing dumb on purpose, but he doesn’t say that. He supposes the sooner he gets this out in the open, the better.
“Well, produce an heir, obviously.”
“Produce?” Eddie’s brow twitches.”Like what, in a shop?”
Steve rolls his eyes. “Yes, Eddie, in a shop. C'mon already, you know exactly what I'm talking about. They want me to take a consort, have children. A son or two, preferably. It's one of my duties as a-”
Eddie snarls. His eyes flash gold, just at the same time that the warm glow in Steve's chest turns into a searing blaze, jealousy and possessiveness and mineminemine crashing into his mind like a physical thing.
It occurs to him, a bit belatedly, that maybe he could've chosen a smarter way to open this discussion.
