An apt description if you asked those who had been. Nightmarish creatures who'll eat you without a second thought, unpredictable waters, humans. Though were they even human anymore?
When did that fine line become nothing but a faint idea of what was acceptable, when did morals fade to the back of someone's mind? When did a man become a monster?Or, the second book is here! An author that just really wants to write about EPIC trying to speed through a book that (they feel like) goes on too long -- though that is just me being impatient and wanting musicals.

Using a minivan to drive from Long Island to Canada seemed like a good idea. When one can use the transportation of pegasi, shadow traveling, the labyrinth, and- if you're crazy enough-the Gray Sister’s Taxi, using a simple minivan seemed to pale in comparison. To Percy and Annabeth, this was just what they needed for their drive to Quebec.

After putting Gaea back to sleep, Percy and Annabeth need a break from their demigod lives by moving to Canada. As usual, their plan fails because their parents decide to teach their kids that they can't simply leave the greek pantheon behind without consequences.

He yanked his arm out of her grip, and continued walking toward York Avenue. She sighed and stalked after him.
