Basically, it is my third attempt at retelling Kaitlyn's origin story, but trying to condense it in a similar formula to Batman Begins without making the plot contradict too much and hopefully improve and expand the character's development more.
This is also even darker than the previous two versions I wrote, because it covers a bit of dark themes. If it makes anyone uncomfortable, this disclaimer was meant as a warning in advance for anyone that reads it.

Summary
First Book of my Longest Project Ever
Taken in under Nick Fury's wing in the year of 1998, a girl who was mutated in the late 1930's becomes a part of SHIELD as a way to turn her life around. With her unique abilities from these mutations, including increased intelligence and the ability to look and sound like anyone on this planet, she becomes an asset to the division of government. She provides a lot of usefulness to the government, in return she has been given a better life. She was given the task of deciphering alien symbols that have been found around the world at historical places.
A discovery that brings two races together as other dangers slowly begin to reveal themselves, and the need for other extraordinary people to join the Avengers Initiative becomes extremely important. And in the middle of all this fighting, the girl finds herself fascinated by the autobots. No longer feeling the need to be a shamed of her mutations, and an understanding that has come from the leader, strange feelings develop within her. And she does not know how to proceed...especially as more than just Cybertron becomes their main concern.

Splitten Sparks: Once one brilliant light, their power was so much that it could hurt the carrier. So the spark divides in two or more, resulting in cybertronians with the deepest bonds. They'll call for each other when too far apart, they'll feel mayor injuries and sorrows, as well love and devotion from the other. Splitten Sparks will never hurt each other, nor can.
These bonds who grow deep can't be spared on war, sometimes the age of the sparks is uneven. There will always be passion in each action taken. There is no sin on longing for your twin spark. The sin comes when you long for your enemy
