So he knows not to talk about it, but the chronic feeling of being trapped is making his mind feel like it’s swelling, with the progression of his escalating depression will he be able to talk about it with the one person that is somehow keeping his will to live alive like kindling a flame

Hitoshi huffed, wiping off his cheek with his jacket sleeve to be rid of any of the pumpkin's insides. His jacket was dirty by now anyway. "Would you rather I bash your head with the bat?" Hitoshi spoke, his tone basically emotionless that it would've sounded like a threat, but all Denki did was chuckle. "That's fair." Denki told with a shrug of his shoulders.

Kacchan had told him to, his classmates had told him to, some of his teachers told him to, strangers on the street told him to, and now All Might had confirmed what they said was right.
In an essence, All Might had told him so.
No one would miss him, that's for sure.
He didn't have any friends, not even online.
His mother definitely wouldn't miss him, I fact, he could bet she would be out of Japan by the week.
He couldn be a hero, so all in all, there was no reason for him to be alive anymore.
TL,DR:
Izuku's dreams get shattered but before he can try to kill himself, he gets saved by a pro hero. Denki coughs and fully sits up, looking around. It’s not much better but less bright. He takes in his surroundings becoming even more confused. “Yeah… Why am I in a hospital?”
“Oh. You had a villain encounter and you hit your head pretty badly. Don’t worry, we fixed most of the damage. Though you may experience some intense headaches. That is normal. You also have some intense bruising but no broken bones.” She moves to the end of his bed and grabs his chart, flipping some of the pages. “Now, I do have some questions I need you to answer. What is your name, hun?”
“Uh, Kaminari Denki,” he rasps.
“Good. What year is it?”
“It’s, uh, 2030.”
“Hmm,” she scratches something on the page. “Okay, and how old are you, Kaminari?”
Denki’s head is pounding, but he forces the pain down. He is good at ignoring pain. “I’m sixteen.”

Red has always been his favourite colour, he’s never known why though. He thinks now he understands. He doesn’t know how long he sits there before he starts to drift out of consciousness.
The door to his bathroom swings open but he doesn’t realise. They’re too late, he’s already gone. He doesn’t feel the way they grab his body and tries to get him to wake up.
There’s only one thought going through his mind.
