After Regenerating and recovering from the aftermath of it, the Eleventh Doctor and Jamie go to meet up with Sam and Dean once again. Pretty soon, though, both groups continue to get pulled into the eternal craziness of each others' lives. Their crazy lives somehow manage to get crazier as they work together to face off against all the threats to them, between the group trying to stop Lucifer and the Apocalypse, Sam and Dean needing to help face off against even more super powerful beings, and even surprising allies from the Doctor and Jamie's past...

This story revolves around Rose's mortality, and how her and the Doctor come to terms with it. We don't see Rose actually growing old, but they sure talk a pretty awful lot about it. Just so you know, in case that's something you don't care to read about.
However, if you can get past that, I promise a hell of a ride. I break them and remake them in ways hitherto unachieved, and if you know me at all, you know the bar is already pretty high on that one.

There is a world forever travelling down the mathematical centre of the hostile, Reaper and Chronovore infested, Time Vortex. Locked inside the Omega Barrier, known alternatively as Jewel, the Homeworld, or the Planet, it is the seat of the secretive and terrible Time Archons and their Shobogan subjects.
Their powers are great, their rule absolute, their tyranny without measure.
Only through struggle, sacrifice and suffering can they be opposed.
But can any one person ever truly stand up to the Archons of Time?
Or does it take a group?
Or a faction?
Or something worse?
A young Paradoxical named the Doctor breaks into the Cardinals Palace.
Far away her friend Koschei embarks on his final test to become a Time Archon, hoping he can make a difference.
Before long they, along with fellow Paradoxicals The Rani and Drax, will be propelled by events on a journey aboard a disarmed and defective Type 40.1 Temporal and Relative Dimensional Interaction Ship, TARDIS for short.
A journey that leads to a troubled planet in the Seriphia Galaxy.
