Summary
Inspired by the song "Epiphany" by Taylor Swift.
None of the children and grandchildren, of those who survived the Second Wizarding War would ever know the true extent of what had occured in 1997 and 1998; none of the students ever spoke again of the cruelty students were subjected at Hogwarts. Ginny often times had night terrors, she was a dimmed flame compared to the fiery girl she once was. Luna herself stopped painting her usual works, instead, she painted horrifying creatures, mangled corpses, fire and demons. Neville remained locked in the green house of his house, his grandmother would leave food for him outside the door, but it'd go cold, untouched, sometimes even rot; it got to the point where she had to ask her children to break the door down and force feed him.
But the three students who were on the run, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. Their story was never spoken once more, all the public and their families knew, was that they had been on the run for nine months, relying on scavaging for food, the occasional proper meal was rare, but that meal was never enough to undo the horrors starvation did on their bodies.
