Summary
Frankenstein's Creature lives to current times, (the 1990's) and eventually manages to create a companion for himself. One like him. She urges him to keep a journal of his thoughts, in the form of letters to his long-dead father, Victor. He has so much to tell him.
Based on Guillermo del Toro's 2025 adaptation of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein: Or the Modern Prometheus"

Summary
An imagining of the events surrounding Astarion's death and "rebirth" as a vampire spawn, as recollected in Cazador's private journals. Presented in a format as journals having been translated (from Kozakuran), abridged and annotated by Amanita Szarr. She rescued these specific volumes of her uncle's journal from the destruction of the Szarr palace, and translated them as a favor to Astarion, some time during or after the events in the game and in the related work "The Underdark Chronicles" (see link below). She felt he deserved to know the truth of the events surrounding his turning and subsequent enslavement.

Summary
Set some time after the events of Baldur's Gate 3. Vampire Spawn Astarion and Melora (a half-drow wandering druid) are reunited after being separated by forces beyond their control. Living together and making the best of things in the Underdark, they decide to begin keeping a shared journal, which takes the form of letters back and forth to one another, as a means of collecting and sharing their most intimate thoughts.

William has always been a playful and generous lover to rival the focused intensity of his wife, but even in his moments of easy leisure when he sits back to let Adam and Elizabeth come together, he is nonetheless always there to watch.

“William…is not here,” Adam says, blinking slowly. The room becomes a touch more stifling with the rippling heat of the fire. Her handsome creature seems quite uncertain but remains interested all the same, Elizabeth privately notes, if the wide dilation of the black iris that flashes gold is any indicator.
“No, and he’ll be gone for nearly a fortnight,” she says softly, bringing up her other hand to clasp them around Adam’s long, graceful palm. “Did you expect to leave me to sleep alone in my marriage bed for the next two weeks? William certainly didn’t.”

Summary
Two years after the defeat of the Absolute, Astarion has made his way with Tav in the Underdark, trying to do right by some 7,000 vampire spawn--but between the looming threat of the Drow, and his own disorganization, it's starting to drive him crazy. Desperate for a bit of time to himself, he takes on a routine reconnaissance mission, but his plans go awry when he runs into an old enemy with questionable motives. Each wary of the other, but each in dire need, he and Kar'niss manage to strike a deal--but Astarion may (or may not) live to regret it.
