Ravi looks over her body, eyes hovering a little long at her chest and her thighs in a way that makes the pit of her belly warm and a set of butterflies bloom between her rib cages. She tilts her head, sucks in her lips and tells herself once more that she can't just flirt with this man—only to scratch that thought and tell herself maybe a bit of flirting won't hurt as long as she doesn't end up dating him, which won't happen since May has sworn off men since the last one had the balls to try and cheat on her with one of her friends.
When Ravi glances up, May swears there's a hunger there, one she hasn't seen on a man before. His jaw tenses, serious when he says: "Gorgeous."
