    Rolling his eyes but smiling, Lando climbed onto the bed and started kneading the tense muscles in Max’s back. "Since when have you been feeling this way?" he asked as his fingers worked on the omega's back.

    "Start of the week, I think," Max mumbled, letting out a small sigh as the pressure eased some of his pain.

    Lando hummed thoughtfully but didn’t say anything for a while. Then, as his hands moved lower, he asked casually, "Hey, Max?"

    "Hmm?" Max’s response was more a sleepy murmur.

    "Have you ever thought about getting a friend for Sassy, Jimmy, and Leo?"

    Max opened one eye, confused. "What?"

    Lando smiled knowingly, even though Max couldn’t see him.
