The Atlantic Ocean is endless and wide. We have been traveling some 15 days and Bambleby is no better off for it. I knew he would miss the land and so I have taken to sneaking leaves of a tree from his home under his pillows. If he has noticed, he has not said anything, though I see him frowning as he combs his hair most mornings.
The stately Northeastern chapter of the American Dryadology Association (ADA) has seen fit to invite us to their annual gathering. I have never been to the Americas before, and were it not for this damned long journey, I would gladly return.
