Summary
Flowey and Papyrus are friends. Friends never keep secrets, so Flowey decides to tell Papyrus the biggest secret he knows.
Flowey, in one of his many runs attempting to max out Papyrus' dialogue, decides to test the limits of what the poor skeleton's nonexistent brain can handle. Essentially, he breaks down the barrier in Papyrus’ mind that has been blocking out all the memories of past timelines and resets. He gives Papyrus the burden of knowledge, the burden of the truth. Just to see something different.
or: Papyrus gets Sam Winchester'd by Flowey and remembers resets.

Anthony snapped his head around, "Sorry, ma'am, I'll be right back." He said before rushing to the kitchen.
A few of his coworkers were spread around on the opposite side of the kitchen, all their voices mixed in panicked calls for the manager.
Anthony stared at them for a moment before he tried to figure out what was happening.
Then his eyes landed on the fryers. All on fire.
His throat tightened up.
..
Or Anthony got a job at McDonalds 3 years after moving out of Little Hope and all the memory's come back when the kitchen gets set on fire.
