Qifrey blinked. “...in what regard, Olly?”
Scowling at the painting, Olruggio said: “I don’t really look like that, do I? This makes me seem like…”
“Like what?”
“It makes me look like a smug prick.”
Without the girls there to act as a good example for, Qifrey threw his head back and laughed and laughed without restraint.
In which Olruggio is asked to sit for a portrait by a client carrying a bit of the proverbial torch for him and Qifrey wasn’t there to ‘excuse me he said no pickles’ it for him and his people pleasing ass, so unfortunately he actually has to go through with it. Hilarity and Tetia’s best day in ages ensue.

Summary
“I love you,” he says, pressing one last kiss to Qifrey’s arm, then releasing him.
“I love you too,” Qifrey says with a bright smile, before he’s finally pushed out of reach by Alaira and disappears into the hallway beyond.
Olruggio’s heart does a weird, almost painful somersault at hearing those four little words. Isn’t that silly? He’s heard them so many times before, and yet, hearing them now, on the day that those words become a pact unto themselves, they feel so… unexpected.
Clearly, he’s too emotional to be normal about any of this. He needs to keep busy, or else he’ll be crying into one of the girls’ cloaks before dinner has even started.

Summary
Since the moment Beldaruit first held him, fresh from the coffin and so heartbreakingly light he hardly felt him, Qifrey held himself as if the whole world sat solely on his thin shoulders. With that weight suddenly vanished, Beldaruit had the strangest feeling that he was meeting Qifrey for the first time.
That thought resonated through Beldaruit's mind as he nodded along to Qifrey's story, laughing at Olruggio's infrequent additions.
He's happy, he thought as he sipped his tea, quickly followed by, He's free.

Summary
Initially, when he had offered to help Olly relax, this wasn’t exactly what Qifrey had in mind. But Olruggio had coaxed him into it, with only a few words leaving him pliant and obedient. He was so good to him, his Olly. The least Qifrey could do was to reward him by warming his cock while he worked.
Olruggio is swamped with commissions, so Qifrey keeps him good company... from under the desk.
