The great pirate era, it sent hundreds of pirates to the sea, laying siege to everything and Yui's small island was a great example of that. Her people enslaved, forced onto the sea despite only knowing their quaint life on their old fashioned home. Whoever was left behind was forced to cater to the revolving door of pirates, bear witness to their treachery as they claimed whatever they pleased. The World Government did nothing to stop them, the marines turn a blind eye and not even a single pirate crew willing to help. The only solution? A Buster Call.
