“What did you just say?” Fourth asked, wiping off the coffee that spilled down his chin with the back of his hand.
“I wish to marry you,” Gemini repeated his words, calmly, as if he didn’t just say the most batshit insane things ever. Fourth stared at Gemini in disbelief, his eyes burning holes into Gemini’s honey-brown ones to find any hints of joking, but much to his growing confusion, there’s really none. Gemini is dead serious about this, and Fourth has no clue why.
“But why?” Fourth asked, he’s extremely bewildered.
At fourteen, Fourth was a crazy kid, chasing after Gemini like a lunatic, his family had to send him away in order to not crash the older guy's wedding. Ten years later, thinking that the past all had been buried, Gemini showed up and proposed to him instead. What happened? Has his craziness finally rubbed on Gemini after all those years?
(Note: You might have been deceived by the title if you're thinking this would be dark, because this fic actually might be one of the most tooth-rotting fics I've ever written. Enjoy!)
