He asks Superman for a therapist recommendation off of the Justice League's approved list so that he can get help, and finally build the life he wants to have, and eventually athat includes healthy relationships with those around him.

"Dr. Riley McTaggart smiles and waves as they close the door to their office. They take a deep breath, trying to re-center themself. They stretch their arms up over their head before bending down to touch their toes. Riley always finds a bit of movement helpful after sessions, it helps reset their brain before they start working on their next task, no matter if it was administrative tasks (ugh) or preparing for their next session with a client.
Right now, Riley needs to work on answering the voicemails and emails that have piled up over the course of their workday."

Summary
It has been a year since Dick Grayson brutally killed the Joker and since Bruce brought him back.
Now Dick has Blüdhaven, the Titans, Roy Harper, and enough distance from Gotham to pretend he isn’t still haunted by everything that came before. Then Blockbuster happens. Catalina Flores happens. And Dick finds himself drowning beneath the weight of it all over again.
Naturally, this is also when some asshole in a red helmet...looking like a damn condom advertisement develops a personal vendetta against his family.
Except Red Hood refuses to hurt Nightwing.
