Summary
Stiles had always thought that he’d adjust to city life easily. He’s always dreamed about it, about leaving the relative safety of Beacon Hills for the big bad city and landing straight on his feet, no problems. And he does love it, mostly.
There's just one thing.

Summary
It's one month until the National High School Cheerleading Championship, and Jackson has the nerve to break his collarbone in an ill-advised keg stand. The Wolves and their captain Jennifer Blake will stop at nothing to topple the Cyclones from their rightful place at the top, and the squad is splintering under the pressure. Stiles needs to find the Cyclones a replacement before Lydia disembowels him and everyone he loves, but so far, the pool of talent is shallow. Kiddy pool shallow. More like a slow leak than a pool, really.
Until Derek walks in. He's surly and anti-social and hates everything on principle. Perfect cheerleader material, right? Right.
Bring It On AU.

Stiles knows what Gerard wrote in that letter. Kill the wolves, or Stiles gets sent back in pieces.
Or, in which Stiles and Derek are both damaged, and there's something beautiful in that kind of symmetry.

Summary
He'd made it halfway through writing the first note before it felt suddenly far too pathetic. Was this seriously the legacy he wanted to leave behind? No one would talk about any of his wins if he killed himself now. He would be the failed Russian team captain of the 2014 Olympics who couldn't handle the job and offed himself about it. His father would probably follow him in death just to yell at him for embarrassing the family, and Russia, and everyone who had ever rooted for him.
And when he had been made captain in Boston, he had promised his Bears he would get them a cup. He couldn't just leave without doing that. Didn't want to leave and let people think he was a liar, or that he just gave up when things got hard, lazy, useless, stupid boy.
He tore up the note he'd begun, and began his second plan instead.

Summary
His quick hookup should have ended with a casual goodbye. But Shane Hollander turns out to be possibly the most dangerous thing Ilya has ever done, and there's something intoxicating about the way Shane melts underneath him.
He can't have anything Shane represents, and he isn't supposed to ask, "Can I stay?" but he does anyway.
~*~
Half of his team has creature-heritage of some kind, but Shane's could end his career. It doesn't matter that he's no more likely than anyone else to lose control and hurt someone. It doesn't matter that the law says he can't be fired for his heritage, or that he's not what anyone would think.
This thing with Ilya is dangerous for him in more ways than one, but Shane can't stop himself from pushing his luck every time Ilya offers him something he's not supposed to have.

Summary
No serious hockey fan or sports commentator worth their salt would have considered record-breaking Boston superstar Ilya Rozanov to be Shane Hollander’s rival exactly, but sleeping with a man who had a specific offense-related vendetta against him and a wrist shot like a jet engine to back it up was probably ill-advised just the same.
Or, Shane is a goalie. Ilya can’t score.
