“Yes I know, you’re Chat or whatever, I got that fucking part-” Tommy sneers, “You’re literally- What the fuck, you’re in my head-” he shudders and pushes his bleeding palm against his ear for good measure, just to see if it would do anything. But just as expected, nothing gets any quieter. Their constant murmuring continues to ebb and flow much like the crashing waves at the shore. But never, ever going silent.

Okay we’re not doing that.(In which Tommy is just a small time vigilante with the ability to steal other peoples powers, and apparently that means he’s the guy for Chat to latch onto when they get separated from their Prophet. Summary
Tommy had been doing fine on his own. Sure he was hiding from the foster system, but he only had to worry about that if he got caught. After sprouting a pair of wings at age sixteen, Tommy picked up a hobby of following one villain around the city; The Angel of Death one of the leaders of the Syndicate. Even though he hides his wings in public, his new instincts are working overtime and have imprinted on the Villain and now Tommy couldn't stand not being near the Villain. Now he just has to stalk the villain without being killed by said Villain. What could go wrong?!
Meanwhile Philza and his sons are trying to fight against the government, but start noticing a kid following them. They don't know what to think of him. Wilbur and Technoblade think he might be a hero in training. Phil however, is more than content enough to have the kid following them around. Now he just has to not give in to the instinct to take the kid. He's into anarchy, not traumatizing kids.
(I posted this story up before but found elements in it that I wasn't happy with, so I took it down and re-wrote certain parts.)

Summary
After the capture of the notorious supervillain, Nightmare, who had been reining terror down on the city for the past year, the Hero Coalition runs into some problems. Upon being unmasked, it's revealed Nightmare is not legally an adult and is the child of one of their top heroes.
The laws are complicated around children who put on masks. While the cops, lawyers, and heroes figure out how to handle this mess without leaking anything to the press, the kid needs to go somewhere. He can't go home with his adoptive father who is facing child negligence charges (not to mention the man's superhero alter ego had beaten the shit out of him live on camera last week). He can't go to a normal family with his dangerous powers. He can't even be thrown in jail without risking the scandal getting out.
So, they turn to Crowfather to save the day!
“Did you attend school?” asked Phil.
“Yeah.”
“What's your favorite subject?”
“The fuck are you doing old man?” he asked, suspicious but calm. At least... calm until his social worker spoke.
“Thomas,” he scolded, his hand coming down to squeeze the boy’s ankle.
Oh, Phil thought. The boy hadn't been kidding about the biting like a dog thing.

Summary
Being able to see the future is fun until you’re in charge of keeping the Universe alive.
Tommy tries to make the most of his life either way. It’s a difficult goal when he can never stop at one place, never form any lasting relationships, and never let himself stop worrying about the future.
That all stops when Karl asks him to help the Antarctic royal family. An easy task to accomplish, that is until Tommy’s heart is involved and fear for what his own future might hold grows.
It’s alright though, the royal family will be with him every step of the way.

Summary
Tommy does not live in a fairytale. He ran away from his parents in an act of survival, not rebellion. He gets a sketchy janitor job that’s in the middle of nowhere to have a place to sleep, not rest.
Yet when he meets the creatures- the merfolk- he believes he’s in a fairytale. He cleans their tank and observes them from their iron bars, trying but failing to ignore the bruises on them.
As time progresses, Tommy decides that the creatures deserve their happily ever after. No more Dream or experiments, and no more Tommy once they escape.
No happy ending for Tommy. That is if the creatures didn’t have their own script they were following.

Summary
How Tommy ended up in the Kings den, surrounded by three enemy mer, was still slightly a mystery to himself. It felt so… surreal, and strange, and weird.
The arctic mer were weird, and clingy, and possessive fucks. Tommy basically handed himself over on a silver platter for the sharks to come and take him away.
Tommy was currently pressed against Phil’s chest with his arms wrapped around him and Wilbur on his other side, his head resting on Tommys chest with his own arms wrapped around him.
Or Tommy, who had been exiled from L’Manberg, goes off to kill the King to prove his worth to his nation. Along the way, though, he thinks he may be on the wrong side of history.

Tommy has seen the same four walls his whole life. A see-through barrier is the only window into the outside world he gets. New faces walk by it every hour, constantly changing. It seems like thats the only thing the outside world is good for.
Nothing like Tommy's stable little world. He knows every inch of this place. He knows every grain of sand, every leaf on the kelp, every small reef fish that swims in circles around him, and every time food rains from the sky. It's safe in his small enclosure. It doesn’t matter if some nights he can’t sleep, or if it's so cold that he thinks he might freeze.

“You’re going to answer me, pup, or you’re not going to like the consequences.” Techno warns him, and Tommy nods his head slightly, trying his best not to get on Techno’s bad side.
“Good,” Techno practically purrs, before he tilts his head every which way, as if he was looking for something. His chest rumbles deeply in a reassuring manner, as he tries to get Tommy to calm down like he was some small little pup. It works, no matter how much Tommy hates that it does but the noise has his muscles relaxing, the tension draining from his limbs.
Techno gives him a pleased look, rubbing his massive thumb along his cheek, tracing one of the scars there. Tommy tries his best not to wither under his intense gaze.
Or Tommy gets himself into trouble with the Syndicate, a dangerous trio of mer, and ends up becoming part of their pod.

"Oh, Toms." Philza sighed. Tommy watched apprehensively as he turned, coming to kneel on the cushion at his side. "I only leave so I can get things for you." He lifted his hand, tracing the line of Tommy's neck with the backs of his fingers. "If you need me here, then I'll stay."
It felt wrong to be so afraid.
Philza saved him. Philza healed him. Philza flew for hours every day just to check on Tommy's home and bring him foods he could actually eat. He tried to remember that, no matter how much Philza's attention felt like a hawk circling a mouse.

Summary
Muzzles were actually good for dogs. Tommy learned that a while ago, from when he was left with a relatively kind family for a couple months.
They also fostered a couple dogs and worked really hard on training. Sometimes Tommy caught them doing the same tactics with him, so he knew they only fostered the were-child because they thought it’d be the same as owning a dog, but at least they still treated him sort of person-like, not like the other house, much later.
Tommy also had a muzzle. But, even when he was a wolf, much more prone to diving into his wolf side rather than listen to the person side, he still didn’t like wearing a muzzle.
Or, Tommy is a troubled, werewolf foster kid and, really, the worst place for him to be is alone in the woods with a house of vampires. Right?

Techno yelped quietly as he bumped into Phil, who was now standing stock still.
“What’s wrong Phil?” Techno asked as he moved to stand beside Phil.
“I thought I heard a child crying,” he said quietly, looking around.
“A child?” Techno asked.
Phil nodded, putting up a finger to signal to be quiet.
Techno nodded, straining his ears for any nearby sounds.It was almost entirely silent, but just when he was going to say something to Phil, he heard a small, weak cry from a nearby alleyway.
Phil started walking towards the source, his face concerned as he walked into the alleyway, looking around for the child.
Techno followed, worried for the child.
He jumped as he bumped into Phil again, who was staring down the alleyway, his mouth agape.
Techno turned to look where Phil was looking, and his jaw dropped.
Prince Tommy was sitting in the alleyway, bruised and bleeding.
Or Prince Tommy is being abused by the king and Techno and Phil find him and somewhat adopt him and protect him from the king.
