How is anyone supposed to handle something like this? How was he supposed to? Just- one step at a time. One damn thing at a time.
Robert thought he died in the battle against Shroud. A bullet to the head trying to save Beef. Yet when he woke up right after his coma he realized he'd have to handle the insanity all over again from the start.

"However, for those who master medical ninjutsu, these people are praised in the shinobi ranks for saving people's lives."
No one could've known that those words Iruka spoke during a lesson in the academy could have changed Naruto's life forever.

Summary
It's not unusual for newly presented omegas to struggle to satisfy themselves. Hormonal development follows certain paths and most don't experience much of a sex drive prior to reaching maturity, leaving them wholly inexperienced and overwhelmed by their first heat.
It's perfectly normal. Expected even.
Knowing that objectively doesn't make sitting outside Yuuji’s door, back to the wood while he sobs and begs for help, for relief, any easier.
Which is how Kento has found himself here, upright in the newly-presented omega’s nest with the boy draped over him, begging for his touch.
