Summary
The war was over. You-know-who was dead. Hermione and Ron could finally snog without feeling death constantly loom at their necks. Neville could prove his worth to his grandmother. George and Fred could open the shop of their dreams, and of Molly's irk. Sirius could pursue Remus. The infamous Malfoy family which had defected from the Dark side hours before the Second Wizarding War, could keep most of their wealth and lives. Harry Potter could, however, no longer use "Malfoy is up to something, I can feel it", as a justification for secretly following around Draco Malfoy.
There was finally a closure to everything, but when a magical device mysteriously drags a lone woman and a young child to the gates of the Ministry, Harry Potter realizes that peace of mind was never really an option.

After speaking with Dumbledore at the station he is met by another.
Death.
He is offered a chance to go back and do things again, half convinced its just a joke Harry agrees. Now back in the past with just his memories and some parting information Harry sets out on an mission to correct the wrongs that had been done to him and so many others.And maybe, he can save a Dark Lord in the process.
