“Hannibal? Hannibal! Wake up! Can you hear me?” He gasped water into his lungs as he took another breath, pulling the doctor along with all his strength. God, please don’t let him be dead. Not after all of this. Please. “Hannibal!” The injured man feebly stirred, a moan escaping his lips as he tried to take in his surroundings.
“Will…” The shaky breath he took in almost stopped Will's heart. He pulled Hannibal closer, cold lips to the doctor’s ear so he could hear him.
Post s03e13 Wrath of the Lamb. There are moments in life when one decision irrevocably changes the path forward. Forging a new life together after the fall and in the wake of new troubles, Will and Hannibal learn what they can live with... and who they can't live without.

Brian Zeller introduces Liza to his father before he proposes marriage. We finally meet the President of the Hannibal Lecter Fan Club, Russell Tallow. Things come to a head in Cuba. The end game begins.

Summary
Hannibal and Will enjoy the garden in their shared mind palace. Hannibal reads Bedelia’s book. An argument between the two lovers ensues, which is resolved in an amorous fashion. Chiyoh and Jack wait for a response from Hannibal through the newspapers. As they wait, Chiyoh finishes telling Jack about the fate of Hannibal’s family. Chiyoh also explains how she came to be the jailer for the caged man. Chiyoh and Jack go up to visit Cristo Redentor.
On their trip on the water back to Havana, Hannibal and Will visit Isla de la Juventud. There, they meet a psychiatrist. Chiyoh makes her final preparations for escape, with the help of a secret ally. She still has doubts about leaving Jack. They make love one last time. Jimmy Price and his team analyze the evidence from the Shroud Weaver’s seventh victim. Price finds something he hopes will help Agent Fuller, in more ways than one. The Cuban psychiatrist receives a visit from the Man Filled With Stars. Chiyoh finally receives a message from Hannibal, and it changes everything. Chiyoh escapes.
Hannibal and Will spend the rest of the month of November on the water.
Jack deals with the aftermath of Chiyoh’s escape. Hannibal and Will arrive in Havana on December 1st.Series

Summary

Will begins collecting Cuban insects. Hannibal and Will swim in the ocean together. Cuban police discover Mr. Ballard's murder tableau. Chiyoh tells Jack about what really happened to Mischa. Hannibal decides he must taste ALL of Will. Brian Zeller and Liza Lake make a plan to hide their relationship from Jack. Jimmy Price continues to help Agent Fuller with the Shroud Weaver investigation. Jack admits his feelings to Chiyoh; she is very receptive. Hannibal and Will prepare to leave the villa and spend a month on the water on their way back to Havana. Bedelia is publishing a book about Hannibal. Jack finally makes a decision about Hannibal's fate.
