Summary
Gotak glanced at the switchblade. Then, he glanced at Seongje again, his eyes shaky. Seongje stared back at him, challenging him.
“Yes,” Gotak lied through gritted teeth, voice trembling. “Positive.”
The beer-bellied man let go of Gotak’s collar. “Let’s go!” he barked at the group behind him, throwing one last glare at Gotak before pushing past him.
Gotak and Seongje remained in place until the sound of their footsteps faded. Seongje felt the dread slowly begin to fade, but he waited. Counted seconds, expected the men to come back.
No one did. Gotak sighed in relief. Then, he turned to face Seongje. He looked down at him, eyes wide.
“What the fuck,” Gotak asked, voice stern but wavering, “is happening to you, Keum Seongje?”
Seongje dropped his head.
Go Hyuntak had just saved him.
How fucking pathetic.
Or,
Seongje is haunted by the demons of his past. Hyuntak becomes his little guardian angel.
(aka: Seongje (unwillingly) joins Cheongang to protect Hyuntak, but really it's Hyuntak that's (willingly) doing all the saving)

"That all I am to you?" Mickey teases, walking over with the finished toast and the half-full coffee pot. "A hot piece of ass?"
Ian pretends to consider, snickering when Mickey kicks at his shin as he sits down. "Takin' too long to answer, Gallagher."
"Well," Ian sighs, takes his time to sip from his mug, "I guess I married you 'cause I love you or something."
"Or something," Mickey mocks, foot coming up from under the table and jabbing Ian right on top of his knee. "Doesn't really fill me with a whole lotta confidence there."
Ian grabs onto Mickey's ankle, strokes right above the bone. "Okay, I married you 'cause I'm so fuckin' in love with you that I'm willing to live with never getting eggs for free in the morning," he tilts his head with an easy grin. "And also 'cause you've got an amazing ass."
Mickey hides a smile by taking a huge bite from a piece of toast.

I loved this one so much awww. Maybe its just because im a freak for dms vampiric bond because HELLOOO people DISAPPEAR and they FEEL EACH-OTHER. This writer does it so well ughh i loved it so much aksnsoxnosnd AHHHH. It was also hilarious hehe. a few lines that made me giggle:
Armand gives Fareed the look of a baby lemur separated from its family.
“Daniel is my emotional support fledgling.”-
Though, right now, Fareed seems to be discovering he loves Armand as a brother in medical malpractice but hates him as a patient/subject.

God, he loves saying that: my maker. Lestat, whom Louis fails to keep offline, called it ‘lesbian behaviour’ last month, whatever the fuck that means.

Summary
Armand starts collecting rubber duckies and other bath paraphernalia, but the duckies become one of his… special interests.
He gets the classic yellow one, then the other two primary colours, and then he starts doing fucking Punnett squares with them, scouring the internet to nail increasingly specific shade variations, and no, Daniel, mulberry wouldn’t be the result of these particular recessive traits, don’t be ridiculous, it’s much more of a sangria. Daniel makes the mistake of asking where, exactly, do rubber duckies keep their genes, recessive or otherwise, and gets the mother of all pouts plus an entire hour of silent treatment for his trouble.
To reiterate, the guy is over 500 years old.
Or: Armand loves water; Daniel loves Armand.
