Summary
When Kacchan's parents ask Izuku to spend the first few nights out of the hospital with him, Izuku takes on the job of caring for Kacchan. For some reason, everyone keeps asking him if he's okay, and Kacchan grows irritated with him being "a self-sacrificing little shit." Which makes no sense. Izuku is perfectly fine and capable of nursing Kacchan back to health.
At this rate, Izuku is going to give Katsuki another heart condition.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya is already close to collapsing: exhausted, injured and burning with a high fever.
When Katsuki finds him during patrol — completely soaked — he fully intends to drag the stubborn nerd back home. But Izuku refuses desperately. What starts as just another screaming match quickly turns into something far worse as they anticipated.
“…K’chn…”
“What.”
And all he got was: “s’head…” Before Danger Sense hit again. Hard.
Hard enough that Izuku violently doubled over with a strangled gasp, fingers clawing against the side of his skull before another ragged cough tore through him. Blood splattered across the stones and Katsuki’s stomach dropped.
“Fuck, Dek—!”
Not good. Not fucking good at all. His gut almost turned inside out, and it was as if bricks or stones, or maybe cars — just something very heavy, landed directly inside his intestines. Because why the fuckin' hell was there so much blood?

Summary
It all went to hell after the final battle between All for One and Shigaraki. In Katsukis opinion, they won the battle but lost the war. Sue him if losing Izuku forever but defeating the greatest evil Japans ever seen doesn’t seem like a fair trade. Years pass and Katsuki is a pro hero working a regular shift when a run in with a mysterious woman changes his life forever. Changes his life in a way that maybe, just maybe, he’ll get to see the one person he wants the most again. Izuku.

“Y’know you really oughta—“ Katsuki started with a low growl, glancing back up to see who the idiot was that just ran into him. But when a pair of wide green eyes full of concern met his cold red ones, Katsuki felt like the whole world came to a screeching halt.
He blinked.
And then he did it again, and when what he was sure he’d just imagined didn’t disappear, his heart skipped a beat. For a second the world went silent. The sound of people entering the coffee shop, the soft chatter of conversation, the sound of everything all faded into the ringing filling Katsuki’s ears. He couldn’t breathe—fuck, he couldn’t even move, because standing right in front of him… was Izuku.
