Why are humans so afraid of time travel, question? asked Rocky. He had spent a lot of time recently on science fiction as a genre, both in movies and books. It seemed to him that an overarching theme among stories about time travel was that it would go wrong somehow.
"I think it's partly a way of making us feel better that we can't do it. Telling ourselves, 'Oh, you can't visit the past, but it's okay because you'd mess it up if you did!'" Grace answered, in a tone that told Rocky he wasn't taking this very seriously.
Rocky does not think this is the reason, statement. He thought there was more to it and he wanted Grace to actually explain it to him.

After Soap's death, Ghost remembers a conversation they'd had months before. Johnny had been rambling about some daft Scottish folktale—something about Loch Lomond, and how the spirit always finds its way home, even if the body never does.
Ghost hadn't thought much of it at the time.
Until now.
Months after Johnny's death, he's sorting through the few belongings Soap left behind. Tucked between pages of messy notes, half-finished sketches and sarcastic observations is a single entry.
Johnny had always wanted to bring Ghost to Loch Lomond. To show him that if he ever didn't make it home... Ghost would always be able to find him there.
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
So ghost does the only logical thing with his grief.
He goes to the banks of Loch Lomond to find his Johnny.
To spend one final moment with him.

10 years ago society fell and Hydra rose from the depth of the shadows. The instated a new world order where Alphas were on top and free men, Betas had rights as long as they remained useful, and Omegas were completely stripped of all human rights. They are reduced to strictly function - used to populate the world, after the war destroyed so much of the population. Some are assigned to Alpha's. Others are moved around every year. And then there are those restricted to the breeding facilities.
