He wondered when it all went wrong. When it all started to shift, when his heart began to skip a beat at the thought of Kuboyasu. But he didn’t want answers, only questions which would hang themselves on his tongue, a rope of saliva strangling them to death. Maybe he will forget about it tomorrow.
But as for now…OR Saiki catches feeling for Kuboyasu, but he doesn’t know how to love and nor how to deal with it. Soul navigation ensues

Yes. EVIL SAIKI IS CANON! I wish more people knew about him.
Saiki Kusuo stands in front of me, his silhouette formed by the jagged daylight peaking through the ruined walls. He looks exactly the same as me, pink hair and green glasses, except…his left antenna is missing, and his posture is far too relaxed for someone who just wrecked a school building. It's strange to see myself like this. It's hard to explain, but it's nothing like looking at yourself in the mirror.
The other Kusuo's head is tilted up ever so slightly, and the smallest yet smuggest grin curls at one corner of his mouth. I know that smile, and it's when I think I've already won.
Alternate version of the Evil Saiki arc from volume 2 of the light novels but with a shounen anime style fight and a different ending. In canon, it’s implied that there exists a version of Kusuo that actually went through with getting rid of Nendou. What if our Kusuo met that one instead?
Takes place between season 1 and 2 of the anime.

Saiki Kusou has never had a crush on another guy, so when his whole class starts getting embroiled in a collective sexuality crisis, he has absolutely no stake in the whole thing. Still, it would probably be far easier for him if coming out went smoothly for everyone and Teruhashi came to terms with her status as a lesbian, so he decides to help out. You know, like a good ally.
Saiki Kusuo isn't LGBTQ. Not experiencing sexual attraction is totally normal. Transforming between biological sexes soon after birth doesn't count. And his interest in Satou Hiroshi is purely one of curiosity.
That has to be true. Because for Saiki Kusou, coming out sure seems like a pain.
