Surely, once they did things properly, Sanji would know what they are.
The blond blows his mouth free of smoke.
“We should go together,” Sanji says.
Zoro cranes his head to the side, facing him. “What’da mean?”

Zoro and Sanji always had tension between them. That tension finally snapped when Nami got sick after leaving Little Garden as Sanji's trauma about his mother's sickness came back to haunt him. To snap him out of it, Zoro kissed him and things snowballed from there.
How are they supposed to talk about and process their feelings when sex is added to the mix to save someone's life?
