Surely, once they did things properly, Sanji would know what they are.
The blond blows his mouth free of smoke.
“We should go together,” Sanji says.
Zoro cranes his head to the side, facing him. “What’da mean?”

Zoro and Sanji always had tension between them. That tension finally snapped when Nami got sick after leaving Little Garden as Sanji's trauma about his mother's sickness came back to haunt him. To snap him out of it, Zoro kissed him and things snowballed from there.
How are they supposed to talk about and process their feelings when sex is added to the mix to save someone's life?

Zoro drops to the floor, cupping his hands over it. Anywhere else he would just kill it, but he doubts the cook wants bug guts in his kitchen. Grimacing against weird skittering in his hands, he scoops it up and starts walking back out, Sanji scooting away from the door to let him pass.
He scowls at it as he drops it into the sea. For such a small, harmless creature, it’s sure caused a lot of trouble.After a bug stows away on their ship, Sanji starts to see a softer side of Zoro he never expected, Zoro starts to realizes Sanji needs kindness more than he lets on.

So the Squad Gaming gang thought they’d just do a silly drinking party game — “Who’s the Imposter?” Simple rules: guess wrong, you drink. But somehow it devolves faster than anyone could plan. George is out within ten minutes and basically just naps through half the stream. Deny provides a running commentary that’s part roasting, part straight-up chaos. Froste? He’s hammered by round three and somehow manages to turn some very questionable flirting into peak content. And Classy? Well, he tries really hard to keep it together but accidentally calls Froste “pretty” on stream, and let’s just say things get messy. Like, really messy.

Zoro perked up, responding to the competitive twist in his tone. The hairs on his arms were already standing on end, his skin prickling with goosebumps at the thought of another chance to put the prissy bastard in his place. “What kind of bet?”
Sanji tapped the end of his pen against his lips, looking smug and over-confident in a way that had Zoro’s combative side swelling instinctively against the challenge. “Using what I know about you from the unfortunate times we’ve spent together. I’ll plan a date I think you’ll enjoy.”
Zoro blinked, taken aback. “You’re gonna take me on a date?” He asked incredulously.
“We’ll call it a practice date."
