    Summary

After the war, the world dares to ask Percy Jackson for more blood, more sacrifice, more loss.
Apollo refuses to let them touch him again.
So he steals Percy from Camp Half-Blood and hides him on Delos, swearing no god, monster or fate will ever claim him again
    .....

Zeus: Emergency meeting. Poseidon's brat has been kidnapped.
Hades: Before anyone looks at me, it wasn’t me. I have an alibi. Several.
    Poseidon: WHO TOOK MY SON.
Demeter: Now you understand the injustice.
    Zeus: Not the time, Demeter.
Demeter: Oh, but it is. I lost Persephone for centuries. You lose your brat for one night and flood half the Mediterranean.
    Hades: Again. Not. Me.
Ares: I vote we start a war.
Apollo(somewhere on Delos, brushing Percy’s hair): Cuddles.

    Summary

Percy's just tired. He was used to camp giving him a berth ever since he had been claimed two years ago. But things had been on a downward spiral ever since Thalia had been untreed it felt like. Because he doesn't say anything but he definitely notices the difference between how they've been treating her.

And how the last two years have gone.

So maybe when someone finally notices that something's not quiet right after that game with the Hunters. He finally loses his temper just a little bit.

    OR

Good news: Someone finally paid attention to the fact Percy probably needed to be looked at and his healing abilities didn't fix everything.
Bad news: Percy's just done with everyone's behavior at this point and isn't exactly holding back on his opinion.

    Summary

Farah, Shane, and his mom have a statement drafted by the end of the first period of the Boston v. Toronto game. By the time the Raiders are done showering and are pulled for post-game press, everyone with even a passing interest in professional hockey knows that Shane Hollander is an Unrestricted Free Agent looking for a new team.

Shane watched live as Ilya blinked stupidly, took a few seconds to process, and then quickly answered into the mic. This interview would gain millions of views over the coming months and would be cited as the source of the most chaotic social media rollercoaster the MLH ever had.

No one knew it then, but the Great MLH Seduction had officially begun.

    *****

Or: Ilya stays with the Boston Raiders instead of trading to Ottawa. This causes quite a few ripples when Shane finally ends his contract with Montreal.

Featuring: the Hollander Family's Spreadsheets(TM), professional hockey culture shifts, and a tasteful amount of fraud against the MLH.
