Bruce watched the man on the other side of the screen get comfortable. He adjusted the camera so that it only showed the bottom half of his face and torso. Bruce was positioned the same.
No full faces, that was always part of the routine. That was one of Bruce’s ideas for this arrangement. The other man, Kal, agreed.
Bruce had been ready earlier, after sitting through meetings all day, he needed some sort of relief, and Kal was always there, at Bruce’s beck and call to give him the virtual pleasure he needed.

Bruce Wayne relieves his stress by virtually meeting with the person he only knows by the name Kal. In exchange, Kal is paid for his time.

Summary
Bruce had a problem, a small, totally not weird or all consuming problem. It was so normal, and not creepy. It's not like he wanted to eat his best friend alive and ride him into the sunset. That would be weird. And he's not weird, he's so. So. So normal.
Or: Bruce is too busy being cock hungry and trying not to defile his best friend to notice said best friend is going to devour him.
