“Why are you following me?” the omega snaps.
“I’m not going to hurt you,” Jungkook assures in a quiet voice.
He wants to come off as calm and unthreatening as possible to resolve the situation in a peaceful manner. The omega is high-strung and agitated enough as it is, understandably so.
To his surprise the boy snorts in response, one corner of his mouth drawing up into a poorly restrained smirk.
“No shit. How would you hurt me, if I stab you through the knot before you can even move?”
Jungkook’s mouth hangs open, but he doesn’t know how to respond. An omega has never spoken to him in such a manner. Nor have betas or other alphas, for that matter.
It hits him then, that the guy has no idea who he is.
