(THIS IS A SORT OF SERIOUS REWRITE OF AN ANTI'S CRACKFIC!! I thought it would be funny lmao)
frankly, the stream had gone on way later than he had expected. he was supposed to be done hours ago, before the light outside his window went dark and his mother came in to ask him to keep it down as she went to bed.
that’d been the plan, but wilbur just kept dragging him back to the game and while it did make for some funny bits, he was getting tired.

He might have neglected Kaveh for a bit. True. But who could judge him? Do you know how many books he missed out on while being the Acting Grand Sage?
Anyway, from the unprecedented dramatics in this one greeting and first four sentences of a five-page letter, he hopes not all of Sumeru is involved in their lover’s spat.

Kaveh knows he's in a video game. He doesn't know how, he doesn't know why - he just knows that being a sentient video game character is his existence now. Still, it's not bad - he gets all the time he could ever want to work on his architecture, and when he gets tired of the inside of his office, he takes a walk through the beautifully rendered forests of 'Heart's Blood'.
But when a handsome stranger logs into the game for the first time and picks the strangest dialogue choices available, he's left floundering and flustered.
He also wonders if this stranger, who might be crushing on him - knows that the story ends in death and heartbreak.

Cyno looked him in the eye, and promptly nodded. “Sure. But get back to class soon. It is almost 9:30 AM.”
“Oh! Shoot, thank you for letting me know. It was nice talking to you.”
Kaveh waved him goodbye as he ran out of the classroom. Maybe this year would be good, after all. He had friends, subjects he liked, a club he enjoyed, and his teachers didn’t get as annoyed with him anymore.or: Kaveh meets Cyno at a club meeting, and the two start an unlikely friendship.
