As a part of a truce between Heaven and Hell, Hell has to undergo some 'changes'
It’s just that this ‘changes’, based on Charlie’s extremely excessive twisted sense of kindness, is where some overloads will be given a curse to deal with, apparently for an unknown amount of time.

The flicker of the oil lamp threw Tobias Snape’s shadow long across the cramped kitchen, and the glass in his hand sloshed with cheap whisky. His voice was a low growl, thick with drink, but the words were sharp enough to cut.
“Debt doesn’t pay itself, Eileen.” He leaned closer, his breath hot and sour. “Men pay well for rare things… and I’ve got something rare, don’t I?”
Eileen froze. She had heard him spit venom before, had endured his fists and his cruelty, but this—this was something else. Her blood turned to ice. Her hand, which had been scrubbing at a chipped plate in the sink, stilled.
“You wouldn’t,” she whispered, but her voice betrayed her terror.
Tobias sneered, his teeth yellow in the dim light. “Wouldn’t I? He’s nothing but a burden. Useless boy, always skulking about with his nose in a book. Might as well be worth something before he drags us both into the gutter.”
Eileen’s stomach lurched. She could barely breathe, her pulse thundered in her ears. The idea—her son, her Severus—reduced to a bargaining chip—
