lohen had taken the time to get to know you.
whereas everyone assumed you must be some sort of evil and malicious witch hiding away in the forest, lohen had merely seen a person with immense strength. whereas everyone else shied away from your hands, condemning them and believing them to be an indicator of your loyalty to the abyss order, lohen saw them as something fascinating. the same hands that held a weapon against him, threw him to the ground, and hurt him in an attempt to grow his skill were the same ones healing his wounds and tugging him close, running a hand through his hair or down his spine, caressing the mole beneath his eye, or tracing across the scars littered across his back.
lohen held your heart in the palm of his hand, but not everyone shared his acceptance for a shattered soul.

“and who might you be, little lamb? hiding out in these woods all on your own…” lohen trailed off teasingly, tapping his pistol against his chin as he pretended to think, glancing around at your surroundings. then his eyes suddenly snapped back to stare at you, a predatory grimace overtaking his sharp features. “a little suspicious, hm?”
for the first time in your life, you found yourself taken aback by his sick grin, finding yourself genuinely appalled at his words. “little lamb? i don’t know you, sir. i would prefer if you didn’t refer to me with such… odd words.”
lohen was not your boyfriend. he was the weirdo that kept trying to ambush you.

Summary
Your pulse thrums under your skin as you look at him. His lips are slick with spit and bruised from your teeth. Your lips sting from him, you’re surprised he hasn’t drawn blood yet. ‘Yet’ might be the key word here if the way he’s looking at you means anything.
His pupils are blown wide, a look in his usually blank eyes so disconcerting that a flash of nervousness bursts under your skin before it tangles with the heat low in your stomach. Lohen looks excited in the breathless way you’ve seen him one other time after he had come back to the city with blood on his sleeves. He had shrugged your questions off then.
Lohen has that same look in his eyes now, his smile a little too wide to be comforting. This is why you don’t like him. He’s weird. You don’t think you’ve ever wanted anyone more.

tldr; you get lohen into your bed but he's kind of unsettling. it's fun though!
