Summary
Music is often believed to soothe and enchant even the roughest hearts. This proved true for even the Radio Demon upon his return to the Pentagram after a 7-year absence. But all thoughts of domination and seizing power left his mind the moment he heard the heartbroken melody of the princess of Hell following Extermination Day. In their place, the desire to always keep her smiling and happy took over. But even for its heir, Hell was a ruthless place only the most vicious demons could thrive in. Lucky for her, Alastor fit that role like a glove. She wouldn't need to wait for a little bluebird anymore now that she had a red stag to help make her dreams come true.
Pilot/Canon-AU: Alastor sees and hears Charlie before her interview, falls head over heels at first sight and spends a full year trying to understand his feelings and woo her. (Timeframe between pilot and canon will be a year instead of a week).

I adore this. The author is pretty good in other fics too but this one not only points out how privileged Charlie is but how insulting and useless Lucifers proposed help really is
