Summary
Will blinks, slow. He glances to either side of himself, past exposed brick and reclaimed wooden floors, past steel fittings holding up tables marked ‘no laptops’ with carefully calligraphed signs and the wiry bulbs burning dim in light fixtures above. He looks at the young man behind him, who doesn’t notice past his phone and his earbuds, and finally Will turns back to the barista.
Baristo?
Coffee-monger?
Fuck it.
“Just coffee,” Will repeats again, slower.
A delightful AU about a rare book dealer, an owner of a high-end coffee shop, and murder. This does involve Hannibal Lecter, after all.

Summary
They didn't move to separate rooms. The cabin only had one bed, and neither was willing to let the other out of their peripheral vision.
They lay on top of the covers, fully dressed but for their shoes. The air was freezing, their bodies the only source of heat. Will turned on his side, facing Hannibal. The silence was no longer empty, it was heavy with the weight of everything unsaid.
"I can hear your brain, Hannibal," Will muttered into the darkness. He sighed and did something that made Hannibal’s heart skip a jagged beat, he reached out and slid his arm over Hannibal’s chest, pulling himself closer until their foreheads

The fall from the cliff was only the beginning.
Will and Hannibal are stuck recovering in a hidden Texas house and their relationship slowly evolves with every place they move, pushing past a haze of painkillers, forced proximity, and bad dreams.

Summary
Will pulls away from Hannibal’s lips and lowers himself to rest his head on his chest, listening to the tender lullaby of his heartbeat, just as he had done on the edge of the cliff. As long as this heart keeps beating, he thinks, he has a reason to fight, a reason to live. He will be whatever Hannibal needs him to be. A guiding light in the darkness, a blazing fire to keep him warm.

Summary
Will Graham is not like either of them. Will Graham is an anomaly to the trend. The psychiatrist in her demands to know why, wants to find out where this came from, how it started, why Will of all people was the one to turn Hannibal’s head. Will’s relationship with empathy makes him special, and Hannibal has always had a penchant for society’s more specialised individuals, but besides that she cannot understand what the catalyst is; how Will has managed to so acutely snare Hannibal’s affections so powerfully that she can see it written all over his face as she looks at him.
She understands well enough what Will’s interest in Hannibal might look like. Hannibal is unique, too. Ostentatious yet often inconspicuous. Warm yet terribly, achingly cold. Alluring yet terrifying, this one she knows particularly well because she has always been drawn to Hannibal, despite a lingering sickness in her stomach that reminds her that she’s in danger; balanced on a knife edge at all times. It’s understandable that Will would want to delve into this world, as she has, but she can’t understand what makes Hannibal want to delve into Will’s.
