Summary
What happens when you try and prove to yourself you can finish a project for once in your life? In my case, you get this: a 172 chapter (plus epilogue, plus afterword) story that is just shy of a million words. This was my attempt at creating a novelization of Fallout: New Vegas, from the first-person point of view of one of my OCs, Sheason Fisher, as Courier Six.

A very good compact fic, very well written. It starts a little cliche but then becomes a good piece of character work. I actually ended up glossing over some of the latter sex scenes to get to the story faster.

A Brief Epilogue by Hornet Enjoyed (TerminalMiraculosis), Hornet/Lace
An interesting fic especially seeing as I haven't actually finished the game (not my cup of tea compared to the first) but the dynamic was exiting, and the eroticism worked well enough with only the occasional reminder that they're bugs. The companion piece of actual smut was pretty good as well, though it was amusing needing to look up entomology terms to actually understand what was happening.

“Me?!?!"
“Yes,” Glimmer sighed. “You’re the only one who knows them both.”
“The most I’ve ever said to Adora was ‘does this print double-sided?’ And my friend-” Bow paused. He didn’t really need to share any private details about the most fiercely private person he knew. “She hasn’t consented to this. I mean, no one has consented to any of this.”
“Because they don’t know about it! But if they did, and they had chose this, they’d be ecstatic.”
Bow felt his face crinkle at the brow. “So basically if every single thing was different about the circumstances?”
Glimmer narrowed her eyes. “Listen. I did a very misguided but well-meaning thing. And I think it was actually genius. So you’re going to help me fix it. Okay?”
Sometimes you try to do a good thing and end up catfishing your best friend for her own good. Glimmer knows that's not the best way to handle a problem but she's got this! Bow's here to help! He even knows the random girl whose photos she (accidentally?) used and, while he thinks Catra and Adora absolutely should stay at least one county apart at all times for everyone's safety, Glimmer (and the universe) has other plans.

I wasn't aware of Life is Strange before reading this, so I can't say how accurate these characters are or not, but I can say that the author writes them well. Not just good smut but good drama.
