Summary
In his past life, Yu DanYu was a god who, despite his short godhood, was known far and beyond for how much of a powerhouse he was even without focusing too much on cultivation, his kindness and dedication to give as much as he could to the common people, and his epic friendship with the flower-crowned prince of Xian Le.
After he dies, he opens up his eyes as Itadori Yuuji, with more than a century's worth of memories still intact in his head. He's really enjoying this new life, likes things that look like plays but are playing on this screen object, he has a roof above his head and enough food to not starve, and he actually has a family !
But, what's with these creatures that are so reminiscent of ghosts but are so much.. dumber ? What the hell are sorcerers, are they like some jesters (the white haired one sure looks like one of those...) ?? What the hell is a Sukuna and why is it so annoying ???

Summary
While witches may not be an object of concern anymore, curses still roam around and create great distress in the world. However, this time it wasn't just sorcerers who were fighting, Madoka had made sure that her followers could also participate in spreading more hope in the world and helping those in need.
And so came to be the prophets. People of any gender and origin, who are blessed by Madoka and carry out her will by slaying curses and incubators, not caring about how they're seen as religious fanatics by misogynistic non-believing Jujutsu practitioners.
The two groups existed seperatedly, rarely crossing paths. Until Yuuji came, and a certain Gojo was unwilling to let go of him.

"Because we're married, what else?" Okkotsu chuckles, amused. As if Yuuji is being silly and obvious on purpose, as if it's amusing to think that no, Itadori Yuuji and Okkotsu Yuuta are not married at the ages of twenty-one and twenty-two respectively, but it is perfectly normal and sensible to believe otherwise.
Yuuji finds out very late what it means to give your ring finger to Okkotsu Yuuta of all people.

But this is not the man who could understand and answer, and Yuuji is only met with sniffled out sounds. He looks down at this child who bears too striking of a resemblance than just those crystalline orbs of inheritance, at the wet cheeks and red nose. Then, slowly, he goes back to the other again. Another familiar face, another mirror. An existing impossibility.
Yuuji closes his eyes.
What happened?
Then, to himself, he chastises.
How did I not notice?
Itadori Yuuji lives on and the world keeps moving but it gets easier to disappear at least. He ends up closing his eyes sometimes to keep the exhaustion of long constancy at bay.
Then, on a cold, cold spring – a child's cry wakes him.
When he searches for the sound, he finds a familiar face.
